WISE & Healthy Aging provides an array of mental health and social services for older adults and their caregivers. Including administering the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program on behalf of the City and County of Los Angeles. Ombudsman are advocates for individuals who live in skilled nursing, assisted living or board and care facilities.
